SEROSero mark

Stop the rot.

We are building a tool to stop food waste, but the app isn't perfect yet. We need users who are tired of throwing money away to help us refine the system before it hits the App Store.

You've wasted enough money already, right?

Vol.01 / Closed betaEst. 2026 — iOS first
§ 01  /  How it works

Three steps between
your fridge and the bin.

Sero sits between your fridge and the bin. That's it. No community feed, no macros, no streaks.

01

Add it in

Log what you've bought in a few taps. Sero tracks dates, portions, and category.

02

Get nudged

Your kitchen becomes a timeline. Things turning soon rise to the top.

03

Eat it in time

Gentle nudges for what's already expiring. No new shopping list, no guilt.

§ 02  /  Features

Quiet software
for loud fridges.

§ 03  /  Why bother

Every bin is
a bank transfer
you meant to cancel.

Households don't throw food out because they don't care. They throw it out because they forgot it was there. Sero is the reminder you'd rather not need but probably do.

$3,800
wasted by the average Aussie household, every year.
70%
of food thrown out is still perfectly edible.
$36.6B
cost to the Australian economy from food waste each year.

§ 04  /  FAQ

Reasonable questions.

No. Sero sends one reminder per day, max — usually none. The whole app does one job: telling you what's about to turn.

Add items in a few taps. Favourites and recent items are one-tap re-adds, so a weekly shop takes under a minute.

Stored locally on your device. Syncs via your iCloud account if you want it on more than one phone. We never see it.

Closed beta now, public release later this year on iOS. Android will follow if enough of you ask.

Yes for the core. A small subscription unlocks household sync and advanced reminders. You'll save more than it costs, or we've done something wrong.
